Enhance your company’s transparency with our real-time statuspages and instantly show the status of any ongoing incidents, keeping your clients informed and confident and improving communication during critical times.

When users view the details of an incident, they will see a complete timeline with events that you've created logging the ongoing incident in detail, as well as the affected services.

Navigate to Statuspage and click on Create Statuspage. You will be prompted to enter the following attributes:

• Name: An alias to identify your statuspage

• Address (optional): You can add a custom prefix to our provided statuspage domain simply by entering your desired name (e.g. your company's name). Customers will find your statuspage under this address.

• Access: You can choose between Public for a publicly reachable statuspage, Team Sign-In for access only in your organization, and Password to limit access to your statuspage.

These details can be changed afterwards under Settings.

You need to choose which components should be displayed on your statuspage. Ongoing incidents for the component will be reflected on your statuspage. Navigate to your statuspage and click Add service (under Overview → Services) to add a service to your statuspage. Optionally, you can add a description to your service.

Manage users who subscribed to your statuspage under Subscriptions. See when and in which language they subscribed and if they confirmed the Double Opt-In Mail.

Under Widget, you can design your own status widget, which will be displayed on your homepage. To do this, simply choose a variant and adjust the colors to your liking. Scroll further down to find instructions on how to get it on your home page (available for HTML, React, Vue and Angular).

Do you want to integrate your corporate identity to your statuspage? Then whitelabeling is the way to customize your statuspage to match your CI.

Open your statuspage open the Settings tab an click on Open page editor. You can also click on Edit page on the top menu in your statuspage overview. This will open up the editor, in which you can fully customize your statuspage:

Upload your companies' logo in PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF or SVG format to be displayed at the top of your statuspage. If you don't upload an image, the name of your statuspage will be shown instead.

You will find a light and dark color palette as well as the Incidite Design. Any preset is completely customizable to the colors you prefer.
