Create incident
Mutation
createIncidentCreates a new incident with a priority and title, optionally linked to affected services and the status pages it should be posted on.

An incident always follows an incident schema. Look up schemaVersionId and priorityId with the incidentSchemas query: each of its schemas has a currentVersion with its id and the priorities you can choose from.
Service and status page IDs come from the services and statuspages queries.
